A comprehensive answer to the FACT SHEET request is anticipated to be from 3 to 5 pages in length. Additional guidelines to prepare the FACT SHEET are included on the FACT SHEET form.
Question #1 - The more descriptive the response, the greater is the probability PHLburg will understand the technology.
Question # 2, 3 and 4 - The more comprehensive and descriptive the response, the greater are the chances PHLburg will want to further evaluate the technology.
Question #2 - The request of two charts to compare the technology to the Customer's specifications and to current technology found in the world is a requirement for a Fact Sheet to be considered complete. If you do not know what the competition is, how do you know you are better, faster, or cheaper than existing technology? If you do not have access to competitive information use the Internet to research this response.
Question #5 - The more comprehensive the response, the greater is the probability, in the long run, of commercialization. Life is full of trade-offs. Disadvantages to technology, when presented properly may be insignificant to the intended user. But, during negotiations if disadvantages to technology arise, they can stop an otherwise possible commercial transaction from happening.
Question #9 - The more comprehensive the response, the greater is the probability of commercialization. Dual uncoordinated commercialization efforts are doomed to failure.
DO NOT SUBMIT PROPREITARY INFORMATION. IF THERE IS INTEREST IN THE TECHNOLOGY, AT A LATER DATE, THERE WILL BE AN AGREEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION TO PROTECT EACH PARTIES’ INTEREST.
